Orders are shipped out within 1 business day, and shipping is 3-5 business days.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly within 30 days of receiving the product and we’ll take you through the process.

If more than 50% of a product is used, we are unable to exchange / refund the purchase.

We will send you a shipping label, all you have to do is box your product and bring it to the post office.

The organic label refers to a product with a minimum of 95% of organic ingredients. That means some organic products can have low amounts of pesticides and fertilizers.
