I didn't end up trying the product. I purchased it as a gift for someone else who was unable to use it. I ended up returning it but my customer service experience was definitely a 5 star experience.
This was my first item purchased from Jacqueline Piotaz and my first love. Here are the reasons why: 1. It is natural. I love all things natural. 2. The package is eco-friendly. I am all about environment and saving trees. There was no wastage with this package. And they plant one tree per product sold. How great is that? 3. The container is luxurious! The gold makes it look/feel expensive. I love the design, the color and everything. The bottle is so cute. 5. You use so little so this bottle will last a long time. 6. Immediate result on my first try, although results werent as obvious with subsequent uses. It did not irritate at all. My skin felt soft, bright and balanced. I am not sure if it lighten my sun spots much, but to be cautious, I use it at night to avoid immediate sun exposure after use and put on sun screen every time I go out.
This is amazing. I've been using it for about a year now and it really works well. I've purchased about three bottles (about to purchase my fourth). It is certainly a little tingly when you first apply it, but it's nothing too intense and it subsides quickly.
I started using Piotaz in January after I wasn't seeing the results I wanted from other expensive brands and wanting to switch to a more natural plant based product. I fell in love after the first week! This mask has helped reduce my redness. I have sensitive skin and it is not bothered by it.
Like all Piotaz products a little goes a long way, the bottle lasts forever. I use this mask twice a week & notice a difference in my skin, this product literally brightens. Since I started using Piotaz I constantly get compliments that "I'm glowing". People ask me if I got new make-up. I didn't. It's Jacqueline!
