I have never used a cream cleanser before, but I liked the way my skin felt afterward since I have dry, sensitive skin. It does a pretty good job keeping the skin hydrated even after cleansing.

This is a nice cleanser. I have become familiar with Jacqueline Piotaz products as I have quite a few items from this product line. The products are always packaged well and they include an insert that gives the instructions for ALL of their products, so if you lose it for one product know that you can just keep one and all the instructions will be there. This cleanser cleans my face and leaves it feeling fresh.
I have really sensitive skin and most cleansers irritate me. This one is great. It cleanses well, but does not make me red/irritate me.
